Summer Plans

I have a very sketchy summer right now. I honestly have no idea what I am doing at this point. However, I do know two things that I definitely will be doing. First, I will be playing all star and club baseball. My all star team will be playing in the districts and my club team will be playing in a historical tornament in Cooperstown, New York. Also, I will be going to Wild Wood, New Jersey. I go there every year and have such a good time at the huge beaches and great boardwalks. My family stays at this place called Summer Sands and we might buy a condo there pretty soon.
I am not sure what I am going to do during July, though. I have two choices. I can either attend the HAP program at St. Peter's Prep or I can go to                                       Summer Recreation. My parent's would really like me to go to Prep, but I don't want to go to Prep. I would practically be going to a full day of school in the Summer. I would rather have fun in Rec. Tech Article 4/20

Experts: Most people will make purchases via phones by 2020

This device lets users scan credit cards with their phone. Experts say soon we won't need cards to make payments.
After a newly released survey, many tech experts predict that credit cards and cash will not be used by the year 2020. All payments will be made via mobile device. 65% of people who took the survey think that the mobile wallet is definitely going to happen within a few years. The revolution is definitely under way already. In the survey, 38% say they have used their phones to make a purchase and 46% say they have used their phones to pay for an app. However, 33% still say that there will be no such thing as "all digital, all the time payments." It is also very dangerous to make all your payments via phone. I agree. Your basically keeping all your money on your phone which makes it very easy for hackers to access your bank account or other money related things like that. I would not want an all mobile wallet.

Tech Article 4/12 Tosiba Excite

Toshiba's 13-inch Excite: does the world need a tablet this large?

On Tuesday, Toshiba announced that it would be coming out with a new tablet called the Excite. So your probably wondering what the big deal is is. Well, the Excite is thirteen inches long. It is 2.2 pounds and 0.4 inches thick. This tablet will be like holding a small TV in your hand. A Toshiba spokesperson told reporters that this tablet will be great for families. Mom can look up recipes and the family can view photos and watch videos on the enormous screen. The Excite will be shipped with a stand which will be very helpful. The tablet runs on Google's Android 4.0 operating system. Although the tablet is cool, people are wondering why Toshiba would come out with such a big tablet, especially when people are looking forward to the iPad mini. In fact, many people say that they won't buy the tablet. I, however, think that the tablet is well worth its $650 price tag and I would buy it over an iPad mini any day.

Spring Break

I had a wonderful spring break. I didn't go on vacation, but I relaxed and played a lot of baseball. First, I went to the dentist. I got an annual cleaning and then they but a sticky, blue substance in my teeth. Then my mom took me to Bobby's Burger Palace, where I had a classic burger with a black shake. Then I went to see 21 Jump Street. Jonah Hill was so funny. Then my mom took me to see Sister Act. It was fun. Furthermore, The Mets had their opening series. They now have 4 wins and no losses. I also had two Little League games, but we lost because we have a bad defense and one horrible player. I had a lot of hits though. I also saw Titanic. I got a lot of candy on Easter and I got a PsVita. Then, I went to Great Adventure, but the rides were closed because of the wind. Finally, I drove a car in the Giant Stadium parking lot.
